Awards will be given to the top five impromptu speakers.  The time a student has to draw a topic, prepare a speech, and deliver the speech will be no more than five minutes.  For the first two rounds students will draw one of two topics for each round.  One of the topics/quotes will be related to the September/October NFL resolution (civil disobedience) and the other topic/quote will be related to the October NFL resolution (nuclear proliferation).  For the third round students will be given a fortune cookie and the fortune will be the basis for the speech.

Round 3-Following Round 4 of LD/PF

Food - Madison Seeley and Vikrum Puram are in charge of coordination
Students/schools can preorder subway sandwiches for lunch.  The price is $3 for a six inch sub.  Students can choose from turkey, ham, or veggie subs.  We need to have subs ordered by 5:00 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, October 9th.  Other concessions (snacks only) will be available throughout the day.  Students are welcome to bring their own meals.
